Delta Air Lines took over Canary Wharf for a week-long residency from 18-22 March 2013, inviting Canary Wharf corporations and passers-by to participate in a series of football competitions in our Delta All-Stars arena, and experiencing our Business Elite flat-bed seat in the stylish new Delta Pavilion. Free entry and all participants must be aged 18 or over.
You must submit your name, email and company in order to be notified if you are selected to take part in the final and win a prize.
You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you win a competition.
You consent to the use of your personal data, such as your name and photograph by Delta Air Lines and its subcontractors for use during and after the competition. Your personal data will also be used to contact you for marketing purposes by Delta Air Lines, its subcontractors and other third parties. You may be asked to leave the competition if you fail to follow any instructions or directions from the organisers, or if your actions are likely to compromise your health and safety or the health and safety of others.
There are no prize alternatives. The prizes are not transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered in any circumstances. Delta reserves the right to alter and amend the prizes where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it to do so.
All prizes related to flights will be issued as e-tickets and are valid until 31 May 2014. Any other incidental expenses are not included and must be paid by the winner. No upgrades will be allowed. Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any SkyMiles® programme. Delta will have no liability in relation to travel cost associated with travelling to or from airports. The winner is responsible for any income or use tax assessed in connection with the prize.
Delta Air Lines reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to add to or waive these Terms and Conditions on reasonable notice; and/or cancel the game in the event of circumstances beyond Delta's reasonable control.
Delta Air Lines or its subcontractors accept no responsibility for any damage to your personal property, or any economic or indirect financial loss, costs or expenses howsoever arising, incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition or accepting any prize.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the liability of Delta Air Lines or its subcontractors in respect of death or personal injury or for fraud.
